Return eligibility depends on product type, condition, and order status. Unused accessories may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery after approval. Large freight items, installed products, custom orders, damaged-after-delivery items, and final sale items may not be eligible for return.
Customers must contact info@coldplungellc.com before sending any return. Approved returns must be returned in original condition and packaging. Shipping charges, freight charges, payment processing costs, and restocking costs may be deducted where applicable.
If an item arrives damaged, note the damage with the carrier and contact us promptly with photos and order information.
