Cold Plunge LLC sells large recovery equipment, saunas, cold plunges, heaters, water care items, and accessories. Return eligibility can vary by product type, condition, shipment status, and manufacturer handling requirements.
Before You Return an Item
Please contact us before returning any product. Large freight items, installed products, special-order items, opened water care products, and used equipment may not be eligible for return.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect freight deliveries before signing. If packaging or product damage is visible, note the damage with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping, return shipping, handling, processing, and restocking charges may apply where allowed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us quickly if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders that have already shipped, entered production, or been prepared for freight pickup may not be cancellable.
